음 제가 xe2 / xe4 builder only에다가 tms component pack을 구매해서 설치하는데..
xe4에는 디자인타임이 설치가 안되었드라고요..
그래서 tms 측에 메일을 보냈는데.. 아래와 같이 보내왔네요

Please use TMSEXDXE4.DPROJ to compile the package and install by adding the
generated .BPL file to the IDE.
You can compile TMSEXDXE4.DPROJ with MSBUILD.

DProj는 델파이용 프로젝트파일이겠죠? 이걸 빌더용으로 컴파일하란것 같은데 ...
빌더에선 열리지 조차 않으니.. 커맨드창에서 뭔가 해야될 듯한데...
링크를 따라가봐도 딱히 뭘해야할지 잘 모르겠네요 ㅡㅡ;
