TListView doesn't provide for that.  That is a limitation of the underlying
ListView control on Microsoft's part, not the VCL's.  ListView controls do
not support custom-drawn column headers.  If you need that, then you'll have
to disable the native column headers from being displayed and then use a
separate THeaderControl instead.

같은 고민을 하셨던 분들중에서 위 내용( header color 변경을 제공하지 않는다는)
을 확인 하신분 계신가요? 저는 못찾았는데.

그렇다면 THeaderControl을 쓰는 방법 밖에는 정말 없는 건가요?
