이렇게 인클루드 하지 마시고
아래와 같이 하세요

#include "cv.h"
#include "highgui.h"

해당 헤더파일을 열어보면
cv.h 에는
opencv2/core/core_c.h
opencv2/imgproc/imgproc_c.h 가

highgui.h 에는
opencv2/core/core_c.h
opencv2/highgui/highgui_c.h 가 포함되어 있습니다.

cv.h에
#include "opencv2/highgui/highgui_c.h" 부분을 추가하여

그냥
#include "cv.h"
만 포함시켜도 될듯합니다

:  등등의 에러메세지가 출력됩니다. 왜 에러가 나는지 알 방도가 없어서 여기에 질문을 올려 봅니다.

: 제 작업 환경은 win7 pro 64bit 이며 툴은 Rad studio10.1(Programfiles(x86)에 설치됨) 사용한 opencv 버전은 2.4.6(다운 받은 파일상태로 유추한 버전) 입니다.
